DatacenterDynamics Conferences
More Information

Our conference programmes cover 3 content streams:

Design, Build, Operate

Design, Build, Operate is our longest running conference theme and focuses on every part of the mission-critical facility lifecycle. From site selection and engineering design through to power availability and full data center automation; this is a must attend event for any organisation embarking on a new data center project or operating existing facilities.

Outsourcing Decisions

For every decision to build a data centre there is one to outsource. From collocation to Platform as a Service, from Software as a Service, to building your data center capacity in the cloud, what are the options most appropriate to your organisation? This conference theme explores an enterprise's strategic options for data center outsourcing, weighing up the economic benefits, the risks and the performance characteristics against those of doing it yourself.

IT Optimisation

The efficiency of the facility is only half the equation – optimizing all the systems that run within it is crucial: from processing to storage, to network to application. The ITO conference stream provides insight on how IT needs drive data centre strategy and how that impacts infrastructure requirements.

Data Centre Leaders' Awards
More Information

Since 2007, The Data Centre Leaders' Awards have recognised innovation, leadership and 'out of the box' thinking across the data centre industry. They have celebrated data centre projects of all sizes and across all sectors. With 14 award categories, a 20 strong judging panel, and last year in excess of 140 entries, they are considered the 'Oscars' of our industry. The programme which each year ends with a gala dinner, where the winners are announced, is a highlight of the data centre industry calendar.

For the last 3 years the Datacentre Leaders' Awards have been restricted to the UK and Europe. In 2010 in partnership with the Green Grid, a specialist award has been developed for the Japanese market and we anticipate the launch of the awards programme North America for 2011.
